Program Name: Silk SMS Alerts

Program Description: Silk SMS Alerts is operated by Silknode Software Company ("Silk," "we," "us"). By opting in to receive text messages from Silk, you agree to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Message categories include:

• Verification messages — One-time passcodes and sign-up codes to verify your identity when creating an account or signing in.
• Transactional alerts — Notifications related to your account activity, including new connections, community updates, chat mentions, and security alerts.
• Marketing & promotional messages — Occasional updates about new features, community highlights, events, and editorial content from the Silk team.

You may receive messages from short codes or long codes associated with the Silk platform.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. Verification messages are sent only when triggered by a sign-in or sign-up attempt. Transactional alerts depend on your account activity and social preferences. Marketing messages will not exceed 10 per month.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Silk does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data fees still apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-In

By providing your phone number during sign-up or in your account settings, and by consenting to receive text messages, you expressly agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions. Upon opting in, you will receive a confirmation SMS acknowledging your enrollment in the Silk SMS program. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Silk platform.
